9th July - All Blacks - 3rd Test - Auckland
Whilst the British and Irish Lions slumped to their first series whitewash in 22 years, we had a great day, touring Auckland and the North Shore in style (thanks to Des our very patient and accommodating driver) in a Limo Coach. Drinking the finest French Champagne and eating the fine food, it seemed a shame to depart the bus and mingle with the so called Barmy Army.
Quote from one of the team, who has lived in NZ for over 8 years. "Best atmosphere I've been to as far as rugby in NZ is concerned. Marvellous. All down to opposition supporters I reckon."
